Tyler Robinson preliminary hearing testimony raises new questions about the Charlie Kirk shooting investigation. In Episode 2 of The Case Against Tyler Robinson, Jennifer and Jamie dissect SBI Agent David Hull’s testimony, including the autopsy findings, surveillance video, alleged murder weapon, bullet evidence, suspect identification, Turning Point USA footage, and the timeline leading to Tyler Robinson’s surrender.
Agent David Hull served as the lead case agent investigating the shooting of Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University. During the Tyler Robinson court hearing, Hull testified about the medical examiner’s findings, surveillance footage used to track the suspect, firearms and holsters connected to the investigation, campus security, and the evidence the state claims ties Robinson to the shooting.
One moment immediately stood out: Hull initially said the medical examiner classified Charlie Kirk’s death as murder. After reviewing the report, he corrected his testimony. The official manner of death was homicide.
That distinction matters.
Jennifer and Jamie examine whether Hull’s wording was a simple mistake or evidence that the lead investigator had already adopted the prosecution’s conclusion. They also question how investigators identified Tyler Robinson from distant surveillance footage, whether the videos shown in court were original recordings or edited versions, and how footage supplied by Turning Point USA became part of the investigation.
The episode also examines:
• Agent David Hull’s role in the Charlie Kirk case
• The difference between murder and homicide
• Questions surrounding the autopsy report
• Surveillance footage from Utah Valley University
• The identification of Tyler Robinson
• Turning Point USA video evidence and possible editing
• The alleged firearm, holsters, bullet, and forensic evidence
• Campus police response and security procedures
• The investigation timeline and Robinson’s surrender
• What Hull’s testimony proves and what remains unanswered
Jamie approaches the testimony without having studied every detail beforehand. That creates a simple but important test: Does the state’s account make sense when the testimony is explained plainly, or does it rely on assumptions being presented as established facts?
This series does not begin with a predetermined verdict. We are examining the testimony witness by witness, separating verified evidence from interpretation, and asking whether the case against Tyler Robinson withstands serious scrutiny.

What does not add up in Officer Chris Bagley’s testimony?
In the first episode of our series, **The Case Against Tyler Robinson**, Jamie and I break down Bagley’s testimony from the Tyler Robinson preliminary hearing and examine the timeline, body-camera footage, evidence handling, and investigative decisions that deserve a much closer look.
Jamie had not followed the case, so he came into the testimony with fresh eyes. I had already spent hours reviewing it, and as we worked through Bagley’s answers, the questions kept piling up.
Why was he vague about when his shift began but extremely specific about other times? Where did the police tape come from? Who was the unidentified armed man with a badge who accompanied him to the roof? Why did Bagley’s body-camera battery die during one of the most important parts of the investigation? And do his actions match what should have happened after a shooting on a crowded college campus?
We are not simply recapping the hearing. We are examining what was said, what was not explained, and whether the testimony actually supports the case being presented against Tyler Robinson.
This is Episode 1 of **The Case Against Tyler Robinson**, our ongoing series dissecting each witness from the preliminary hearing.
Watch through the end and tell us what stood out to you most in Bagley’s testimony.
Subscribe so you do not miss the next witness breakdown.

Everyone has an opinion right now. Very few people have perspective.
In this first episode of Ground Truth: America, I sit down with Navy veteran Jim Connor, who served as an HM1 (Hospital Corpsman First Class), to break down what’s actually happening right now—and what it means for everyday Americans.
With tensions rising in the Middle East and the situation evolving quickly, we cut through the noise and focus on what matters:
What’s really going on (in plain English)
Why global conflict hits your wallet at home
How critical shipping routes like the Strait of Hormuz impact gas prices and supply chains
What escalation could look like—and how close we might be
What the media is getting wrong (and what they’re missing)
Jim brings a perspective you won’t hear on cable news. As a Corpsman, his job was life and death. That experience changes how you see the world—and how you understand conflict.
This isn’t about politics. It’s about clarity.
If you’ve been trying to make sense of what’s happening without the spin, this is where you start.

In this exclusive episode of Reasonable Arguments, host Jennifer interviews Matthew John Heath, a decorated U.S. Marine Corps veteran who served in signals intelligence during the early Iraq War invasion in 2003. Heath shares his firsthand account of being wrongfully detained in Venezuela from September 2020 to October 2022 on fabricated terrorism and weapons charges. He describes the harsh conditions in El Helicoide prison, including isolation, torture, and staging a non-lethal suicide attempt to force medical attention and highlight his case.
Recorded on January 4, 2026—just one day after Nicolás Maduro's capture by U.S. forces—Heath calls the event his "second Christmas" and discusses its geopolitical implications, including reduced influence from China and Russia in Venezuela, links to Hezbollah, and parallels to the Monroe Doctrine and the 1990 arrest of Manuel Noriega in Panama. He addresses criticisms from U.S. leaders like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ro Khanna, and Mike Lee, who called the operation illegal or risky, arguing it diminishes credible critique through overstatement.
Heath also emphasizes his advocacy with organizations like Hostage US and Bring Our Families Home, stressing prevention of wrongful detentions through awareness of travel advisories. He expresses hope for Venezuela's future with snap elections, investigations into human rights abuses, and economic recovery, while reassuring families of the five remaining detained Americans that the U.S. government is working tirelessly for their release.
This is Heath's first podcast interview, offering unique insights into resilience, diplomacy, and international relations.

I sat down with my childhood friend Laura Hoffman and her friend Shannon Miller to talk about January 6th at the U.S. Capitol — not what the headlines said, but what they actually saw.
From packed subway rides and peaceful crowds singing YMCA, to missing porta-potties, no cell service, and two mysterious vans with covered license plates.
Their eyewitness account raises questions about what we were told versus what really happened.
We also talk about the bigger impact: how faith shaped their perspective that day, why the media narrative didn’t add up, and what’s still missing in the official story. Whether you believe you know everything about J6 or not, this conversation will make you stop and think.
👉 Watch, listen, and decide for yourself.

In this episode of Reasonable Arguments, Jennifer and Danni tackle the political absurdity of the week — and oh, there’s plenty. First up: Texas Democrats flee the state (again) to block a GOP-backed redistricting vote that could hand Republicans five more U.S. House seats. Governor Abbott responds with arrest warrants and accusations of abandonment. Then, we turn to the Gaza war, where Israel continues its offensive against Hamas — with 50 hostages still held and the global media painting Israel as the villain. Meanwhile, Gen Z activists name AOC and socialist Zohran Mamdani as the future of the Democratic Party. (Yes, seriously.) We also dive into the ICE manhunt for a six-time deported child abuser tipped off by Colorado activists, and round it all out with the Sydney Sweeney/American Eagle "jeans" controversy that somehow turned into a eugenics debate. Politics is exhausting — we’re here to make it make sense (and occasionally laugh through the chaos). @FoxNews @DonaldJTrumpforPresident @Brian-Kilmeade #sydneysweeney #news #trump #conservativevoices #culturalrevolution #substack #subscribe
